About the role

  • Hands-on operational support for in-app advertising campaigns, including basic setup, monitoring, and QA across the different stages of the activation process.
  • Generate and compile accurate campaign performance data, including screenshots and key metrics, for internal and external reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of media plans, budget trackers, and campaign proposals.
  • Support Account Managers in their day-to-day and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Ad Ops, Operations), learning best practices in client communication and strategy.
  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, meeting campaign needs and fostering strong relationships.
  • Assist in translating client briefs and objectives into clear internal project requirements.
  • Present basic campaign performance updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage project timelines, track campaign progress, and ensure all necessary documentation and client materials are organized and up-to-date.
  • Assist with financial administration, including budget tracking, invoicing, and ensuring billing accuracy.
  • Utilize internal systems and tools for client management, project tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

  • A strong interest in digital advertising, marketing trends, and media platforms.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or the ad tech industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Other languages - advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Experience using common business tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience with ad serving platforms (e.g. Google Ad Manager) is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach to tasks, and comfort working with data and numbers.
  • Ability to analyze results, identify, and explain basic variances from targets.
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A resourceful, proactive and versatile mindset.
  • Must be self-motivated and a team-player.
  • Capable of working independently but also able to change gears quickly to work collaboratively in ensuring client success.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work within a global team environment.
