About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end setup, delivery, and optimization of campaigns within Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Maintain and optimize connections with various SSPs and header bidding partners.
  • Monitor and adjust floor prices across various tiers to maximize RPM and reduce wasted inventory.
  • Act as the lead for technical discrepancies, creative QA, and debugging delivery issues.
  • Generate daily/weekly performance reports for internal stakeholders, focusing on fill rates and technical health.
  • Follow the ad delivery process, ensuring correct implementation and functioning across different channels.
  • Work closely with the Sales and AM team to debug errors related to ad creatives, tag implementations, and third-party programmatic partner integrations.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy ads.txt ID list.
  • Ensure brand safety and compliance with ad policies while working with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in digital advertising, specifically within Ad Ops or Programmatic Strategy.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ad Manager.
  • Experience with SSPs (Magnite, PubMatic, Xandr, etc.) and DMPs/CDPs is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
  • SQL knowledge is a major plus.
  • Ability to translate technical "ad tech speak" into clear, value-driven language for sales teams and clients.
  • A natural curiosity for why things break and how to make them run more efficiently.
