• Problem solving, advocacy, and finding past and current connections for youth
• Build a network of supportive connections to help youth achieve legal permanency
• Work with diverse team and stakeholders, including community leaders, CASA employees, case workers, attorneys, therapists, youth, judges, and more.

Youth Connections Advocate

Director

• Lead strategic planning and execution to advance program growth, sustainability, and service expansion.
• Oversee family support services, including clinical therapy, mentoring, coaching, and training programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations, licensing standards, contracts, and organizational policies.
• Manage program operations, including budgets, contracts, performance outcomes, and resource allocation.
• Oversee billing processes and vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant Medicaid reimbursement.
• Analyze program, finance, and utilization data to improve performance, outcomes, and revenue optimization.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization through outreach, presentations, and collaboration initiatives.
• Develop policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to strengthen program effectiveness.
