Technical Recruiter

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for all product and engineering roles
• Tackle select non-technical roles as we scale
• Drive the search for top talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers and teams
• Ensure a fast, high-quality hiring process that reflects our standards and values
• Maintain pipeline quality and velocity—driving consistent progress from first touch to offer acceptance
• Manage on-site interview coordination and logistics for Atlanta-based hiring
• Ensure every candidate has a seamless, professional, and efficient experience throughout the process
• Represent Rainforest at local recruiting events and meetups to strengthen our employer brand in the Atlanta market

Operations

• Handling inbound requests through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) from platform customers and internal teams.
• Providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with and escalating to cross-functional teams including technical support, Platform Success Managers, Risk, and other Payment Operations teammates.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using CRM software and/or other designated systems.
• Assisting in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Following through with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily, gathering feedback for continuous company improvement.
• Participating in training sessions and staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Payment Operations Specialist

Solutions Engineer

• Partner with sales to deliver product demos, architecture overviews, and technical deep-dives for prospects
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable payments solutions aligned to customer needs
• Support implementation and onboarding; help customers architect and deploy payment workflows
• Drive adoption and growth by identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and expand value for customers
• Lead technical responses for RFPs and build collateral supporting the sales cycle
• Act as the customer’s voice; provide structured product and engineering feedback
• Serve as a bridge between revenue, success, and engineering teams; support pre-sale and post-sale lifecycles
