About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for getting people into the Rainforest and Vertex orbit.
Drive meaningful, ongoing community engagement.
Own all promotional content for Vertex.
Source and develop panel topics.
Manage Vertex's social presence.
Work closely with the Senior Events Manager.
Find and recruit the right people into the funnel.
Own the Vertex Slack community.
Identify and execute on new community touchpoints.
Track community health metrics.
Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in content marketing or community management, ideally a mix of the two.
Strong writing and communication skills.
An understanding of B2B SaaS audiences.
Love for vertical software.
A comfort level for being scrappy.
