About the role
- Become an expert in the RainFocus platform
- Train client administrators on RainFocus tools and processes as needed
- Configure the RainFocus platform
- Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements
- Lead holistic system configuration efforts
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful implementations
- Follow best practices for deploying RainFocus products
- Advise clients on new ideas and industry best practices
- Document requirements, solution designs, and test plans
- Provide regular milestone and task updates to project managers
- Maintain regular touch points with internal teams and clients
- Escalate issues and risks to project managers and leadership
- Prioritize work across multiple engagements
- Track tasks thoroughly and complete assignments on time
- Contribute to implementation tools, processes, and templates
Requirements
- Software implementation experience (under 3 years)
- Experience delivering solutions through platform configuration rather than custom development
- Strategic thinker with the ability to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Able to work independently, solve problems, and improvise where needed
- Performs consistently under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%
- Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients, including gathering and documenting complex requirements, configurations, and integrations
- Demonstrated success creating efficiencies through process design, including defining and measuring adoption (internal and client-facing)
- Proven track record delivering innovative and creative solutions
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON
