About the role

  • Transform client challenges into forward-thinking creative strategies
  • Be the driving force behind "unskippable" advertising
  • Use deep consumer insights, channel analytics, and competitive trends to develop strategic campaigns
  • Oversee the entire content creation lifecycle and streamline procedures with Creative and Production
  • Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Design leaders to ensure all creative output is exceptional
  • Lead high-energy brainstorming sessions
  • Manage and grow Creative Leads and embody the Raindrop culture
  • Build trust quickly with client partnerships

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in advertising
  • Articulate, organized, and well accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
  • Agency and/or in-house marketing experience
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management and creative tools such as ClickUp, Figma, Google Drive, etc.
