About the role
- Transform client challenges into forward-thinking creative strategies
- Be the driving force behind "unskippable" advertising
- Use deep consumer insights, channel analytics, and competitive trends to develop strategic campaigns
- Oversee the entire content creation lifecycle and streamline procedures with Creative and Production
- Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Design leaders to ensure all creative output is exceptional
- Lead high-energy brainstorming sessions
- Manage and grow Creative Leads and embody the Raindrop culture
- Build trust quickly with client partnerships
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in advertising
- Articulate, organized, and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
- Agency and/or in-house marketing experience
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management and creative tools such as ClickUp, Figma, Google Drive, etc.
