About the role

  • Shape and define Rain’s motion language.
  • Partner closely across teams to ensure design shows up with intention and coherence across every touchpoint.
  • Lead and execute high quality motion across a wide range of touchpoints.
  • Support Rain’s brand system across touchpoints: creating collateral, swag, and campaign assets while ensuring consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally at a fintech or creative agency
  • Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Figma; experience with Lottie or similar tools is a strong plus
  • Strong grasp of typography, color, and layout as they apply to motion
  • Ability to translate abstract or technical concepts (payments infrastructure, stablecoins, APIs) into clear, engaging visuals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clear communicator with the ability to advocate for design in cross-functional settings
  • Strong understanding of where AI accelerates great work and where taste, craft, and judgment have to lead
