Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Deep familiarity with stablecoins, cross-border payments infrastructure, and card issuing ecosystems
- Demonstrated track record of owning significant annual revenue targets
- Experience leading high-performing sales organizations
- Experience in senior roles at large enterprises and startups
- Existing network in crypto, payments, and fintech
- Deep experience closing complex agreements
- Strong commercial judgment across pricing and negotiation
