About the role
- Develop and support Rain’s sales pipeline for financial technology solutions
- Create and grow prospects via lead qualification
- Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines
- Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C-Level
- Actively promote Rain’s commitment to financial technology solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with technology or solution sales
- Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills
- Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them
- High level of demonstrated customer interface with exceptional communication skills
- Experience within Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech preferred
