Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in communications, PR, or strategic storytelling
- Direct experience navigating both the hype phase and operational maturity phase of a fast-scaling company
- Strong track record of managing and scaling agency relationships
- Experience working cross-functionally with executives, product, legal, sales, and regional teams across multiple countries
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mentality
- Willingness and ability to be a senior IC
