About the role
- Support full-cycle recruiting across Technical roles and Commercial/GTM roles
- Work closely with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements
- Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Gain exposure to recruiting for both technical and GTM roles
- Leverage ATS, CRM tools, and recruiting analytics
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent coordination experience
- Exposure to hiring across Technical and/or Commercial/GTM roles
- Comfortable navigating technical conversations
- Comfortable engaging with candidates
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative
- Motivated to grow as a recruiter
