About the role

  • Drive the product roadmap for the Rain platform
  • Partner closely with engineering to define product requirements and prioritization
  • Translate complex blockchain and payments capabilities into intuitive, customer-facing solutions
  • Identify market opportunities and gather feedback from fintech, neobank, and institutional partners
  • Launch new products and features quickly, measuring adoption and iterating based on customer needs
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in stablecoins, payments, and Web3 to inform Rain’s product direction

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in product management, ideally in stablecoins, fintech, or crypto.
  • A strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, payments, blockchain concepts) and ability to work closely with engineering
  • Proven track record of shipping products from idea through launch and iteration
  • Willingness to get hands dirty
  • Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, customers, and partners
  • Experience in card issuing, stablecoins, payments, or cross-border fintech products.
  • Familiarity with smart contracts and blockchain ecosystems.
  • Previous startup or fast-growth environment experience.
