About the role
- Provides direction and management for large scale Design-Build projects.
- Ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Oversees, monitors, and coordinates the design scopes of work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plans and defines program goals, develops knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.
- Supports the various aspects of the design teams to collaborate and integrate with the Project designer.
- Utilizes organizational and communication skills to help keep teams on track and execute design initiatives.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Civil Engineering (or related) required
- At least 15+ years of related work experience is required
- Registered Professional Engineer
- Experience as Lead Design Manager on Design-Build projects is required
- Additional design experience on Design-Build projects
- Proven background of leading multidisciplinary design teams on challenging, high-profile projects.
