About the role

  • Own and grow our LinkedIn presence, from strategy to execution
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality B2B content that reflects our brand, product, and business goals
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn pages to drive engagement, followers, and leads
  • Grow and manage other social media and community platforms (X, Reddit, Quora) to expand reach
  • Analyze content performance, test new formats, and adjust strategy based on insights
  • Support colleagues' advocacy, helping team members and leaders share content effectively
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning
  • Track trends, audience behavior, and competitors to keep social presence relevant and effective

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in social media and content marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven, hands-on expertise in LinkedIn as a strategic marketing channel (strategy, content, analytics, optimization)
  • Experience working with English-speaking markets (EU, US, global)
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong content writing skills (less AI, more human-like)
  • Analytical mindset and experience using metrics to optimize performance
  • High ownership, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
