About the role

  • You are responsible for data-driven HR management
  • Support HR Business Partners and managers with salary and headcount planning as well as personnel budgeting
  • Implement success checks, incentive programs and benchmarking measures
  • Create dashboards for HR metrics, including Gender Pay Gap
  • Prepare data for the sustainability report
  • Oversee the “Data Driven HR” project and ensure robust analyses to support HR decisions

Requirements

  • Strong affinity for numbers and data
  • Strong service mindset and high service- and client-orientation when liaising with HR Business Partners and managers
  • Digital affinity / IT-savvy
  • Completed secondary education (Matura) or a university degree
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Independent and conscientious working style
  • Team player
