About the role
- You are responsible for data-driven HR management
- Support HR Business Partners and managers with salary and headcount planning as well as personnel budgeting
- Implement success checks, incentive programs and benchmarking measures
- Create dashboards for HR metrics, including Gender Pay Gap
- Prepare data for the sustainability report
- Oversee the “Data Driven HR” project and ensure robust analyses to support HR decisions
Requirements
- Strong affinity for numbers and data
- Strong service mindset and high service- and client-orientation when liaising with HR Business Partners and managers
- Digital affinity / IT-savvy
- Completed secondary education (Matura) or a university degree
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Independent and conscientious working style
- Team player
