Support, coordination and management of a bank-wide management software
Act as the interface between business units, developers and IT service providers
Facilitate and participate in nationwide discussions on technical and functional requirements and harmonization analyses
Design and coordinate new software requirements in collaboration with the business unit
Responsible for coordinating release management and testing
Identify measures to increase efficiency within existing processes
Provide ongoing support for the implementation and operation of the software
Conduct analysis and documentation

Requirements

Successfully completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
Strong knowledge of SQL/databases and an understanding of interfaces and data models
Experience in requirements engineering
Experience in project management is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Interest in subject-matter aspects of finance
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
High willingness to learn, team orientation and a proactive approach to challenges
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in challenging situations
