You are jointly responsible, as part of a team, for the support, coordination and management of bank-wide control software.
You act as an interface between business units, developers and IT service providers and take on the following key tasks: moderation and participation in nationwide discussions on technical and functional requirements and harmonization analyses.
Designing and coordinating new software requirements together with the business unit.
Responsible for coordinating release management and testing.
Identifying efficiency-enhancing measures within existing processes.
Ongoing support for implementation and operation of the software.
Analysis and documentation.

Requirements

Successfully completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
Strong knowledge of SQL/databases, understanding of interfaces and data models
Experience in requirements engineering
Project management experience is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Interest in functional aspects related to finance
Analytical and conceptual skills
High willingness to learn, team orientation and a proactive approach to challenges
Resilience and flexibility in demanding situations
