About the role
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships in HMI Standard Products, with a focus on automotive customers and industrial applications
- Proactively acquire new customers and develop long-term partnerships
- Provide technical and commercial advice to customers on products, solutions and applications
- Prepare, negotiate and close proposals and implement sales strategies
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Development and Order Management
- Participate in trade shows and customer events
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent qualification
- Several years of solid professional experience in technical sales or key account management—ideally in the automotive or industrial sector
- Product and market knowledge of electromechanical components and electronic systems / HMI is desirable
- Customer-focused mindset, strong negotiation skills and a confident manner
- Independent, structured working style and willingness to travel
- Very good German and English language skills
