About the role
- Co-responsible for technical, commercial and infrastructural facility management / building management
- Support the implementation of new-build, conversion and refurbishment projects
- Plan and coordinate services in the area of facility management
- Support business units as a key user in the area of facility management
- Act as liaison between the company and authorities
Requirements
- Degree in facility management, building services engineering, civil/construction engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, building services/utility engineering, civil engineering or facility management is desirable
- Very good knowledge of SAP PM
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, independent working style and good organizational ability
