About the role

  • Co-responsible for technical, commercial and infrastructural facility management / building management
  • Support the implementation of new-build, conversion and refurbishment projects
  • Plan and coordinate services in the area of facility management

Requirements

  • Degree in facility management, building services engineering, civil/construction engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, building services/utility engineering, civil engineering or facility management is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of SAP PM
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, independent working style and good organizational ability
