💰 €45,000 - €50,000 per year

About the role

  • Supports the General Manager with monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities for the hotel
  • Assists in reviewing monthly operating results and distributing the consolidated hotel results to management and owners
  • Assists in the implementation of and ensures compliance with RHG’s policies and procedures
  • Coordinates and supports the activities of the General Manager and Department Heads
  • Supports the Regional Financial Controller in ensuring risk management and compliance
  • Prepares and updates monthly CAP utilization and intercompany transactions for the assigned hotel
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in finance/economics (degree or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a hotel finance department in a Financial Controller or similar role
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated
  • Quality-oriented analytical problem solver (accurate and timely)
  • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
  • Controlling skills and familiarity with controlling and reporting tools and systems
  • Positive “Yes I Can!” attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
