About the role

  • Provide strategic direction and a cross-functional vision for digital products.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Over five years’ experience managing professional teams or equivalent.
  • Ability to provide collaborative leadership within the organization.
  • Demonstrated skills in planning, organizing and engaging teams.
  • Proven ability and track record in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional, agile teams or on projects with multi-team dependencies.
  • Bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written.
  • Ability to travel occasionally between Montreal and Toronto.
