About the role
- Provide strategic direction and a cross-functional vision for digital products.
- Collaborate with product leads to define overarching strategy.
- Establish objectives and key results (OKRs) for the division.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify innovation opportunities.
- Manage large-scale strategic investments and vendor partnerships.
- Supervise a team of product managers and support their growth.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Over five years’ experience managing professional teams or equivalent.
- Ability to provide collaborative leadership within the organization.
- Demonstrated skills in planning, organizing and engaging teams.
- Proven ability and track record in leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional, agile teams or on projects with multi-team dependencies.
- Bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written.
- Ability to travel occasionally between Montreal and Toronto.
