💰 $95,000 - $105,000 per year

About the role

  • Develop and manage customer advocacy and referral programs
  • Source and coordinate customer stories, quotes, and proof points
  • Support creation of ROI-backed case studies and customer evidence
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of customer communications
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and CX to activate customer proof throughout GTM

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or similar GTM role
  • Strong ability to develop stories from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to develop and tell compelling stories that drive new business and upsells
  • Experience creating with short and long-form enablement content including sales sheets, ROI calculators, white papers, webinars, and other materials
  • Experience with GTM campaigns for upsells, cross-sells, and feature releases.
  • Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication
  • Ability to turn customer insights into clear narratives and assets
