About the role
- Develop and manage customer advocacy and referral programs
- Source and coordinate customer stories, quotes, and proof points
- Support creation of ROI-backed case studies and customer evidence
- Maintain a consistent cadence of customer communications
- Partner with Product, Sales, and CX to activate customer proof throughout GTM
Requirements
- 2+ years in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or similar GTM role
- Strong ability to develop stories from qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to develop and tell compelling stories that drive new business and upsells
- Experience creating with short and long-form enablement content including sales sheets, ROI calculators, white papers, webinars, and other materials
- Experience with GTM campaigns for upsells, cross-sells, and feature releases.
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication
- Ability to turn customer insights into clear narratives and assets
