About the role
- Connect product innovation to customer impact by driving product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop messaging for Radicle’s products and collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Turn market insights into actionable campaigns that drive adoption and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights; optimize strategies to improve retention and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and technology applications in clinical settings.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions including marketing, sales, and product development.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), or clinical data management optional.
