About the role
- Support the full recruiting lifecycle: post job openings, review resumes, conduct pre‑screening conversations
- Partner with internal stakeholders for onboarding experience
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and coordinate events
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
- Support performance management cycle and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of key HR functions including recruiting and employee relations
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Paylocity)
