About the role
- Lead various cross functional teams to support management of client’s renewable energy assets.
- Drive optimization of all portfolios and direct completion of tasks for effective execution of various Radian scopes of work.
- Fully understand commercial, contractual, regulatory obligations for operating portfolios of renewable energy assets.
- Lead onboarding of new portfolios and projects.
- Review and approve performance and financial reports for operating projects.
- Coordinate with Technical Asset Management and Financial Asset Management teams.
- Manage relationships with key project stakeholders and organize meetings with clients.
Requirements
- 1-2 years managing direct reports
- 4-6 years of experience in renewable energy asset management or operations, or equivalent work experience in renewable energy.
- Exemplary client management and communication skills.
- Experience with performance data analysis, project specific recommendations, cost benefit analyses, reporting, and presentation.
- Experience with managing to budget and utilizing complex financial models for managing operating assets.
- Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills with working teams and senior level management, CEOs.
- University Degree (or equivalent).
