About the role
- Support the Radian Generation Compliance & Risk team in delivering the full scope of Compliance services to customers.
- Support Compliance & Risk management tasks for a small set of client portfolios.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and portfolios.
- Support regular client meetings; manage and distribute agendas.
- Interface with O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and others.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance and risk reports for clients.
- Review and integrate content from O&M provider reports.
- Assist with regularly scheduled compliance filings.
- Support compliance audit activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures for process improvement.
- Assist team with problem resolution.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- University Degree (or equivalent).
- 0-2 years of experience in domain.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with project agreements & material terms. (Preferred)
- Experience with a U.S. based company preferred. (Preferred)
- Able to follow written and verbal directions.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. (Preferred)
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF toolsets.
