Customer Success Manager

• Mentor clinics as they join the Radformation community to assist them in establishing the most efficient machine QA workflow and increase standardization
• Work closely with clinics, programming team, and sales team to give presentations, solve problems, proactively check in with customers, and incorporate feedback into redefining machine QA
• Demo, install, and train clinics on Radformation’s RadMachine machine QA software
• Implement RadMachine at clinics by developing QA templates and customizing clinics’ settings
• Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide solutions independently and/or with help from the programming team
• Work with the sales team to demonstrate software to prospective customers and provide training to newly installed clinics
• Proactively check in with current customers to hear feedback and share new features

Clinical Success Manager

Operations

• Oversee the RadMachine Success Team, including assisting with recruiting new team members
• Monitor and manage how the team works with clinics to demo, implement, train, and support RadMachine
• Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide solutions independently and/or with Engineering
• Monitor team members’ workload and level of customer service

Content Manager

• Lead the development and execution of Radformation’s content strategy across web, email, social, and campaigns.
• Manage editorial calendars, production timelines, and content workflows.
• Write and edit engaging long- and short-form content that aligns with Radformation’s voice and clinical accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate complex concepts into accessible, compelling narratives.
• Partner with Design and Demand Gen teams to build assets that support campaign goals utilizing best design and content practices.

Senior Content Manager

Compliance

• Organize and manage timely completion of QARA tasks, including CAPAs and DHF deliverables
• Coordinate due dates, dependencies, and status updates to align QARA work with project schedules
• Maintain teamwide deliverable trackers with owners, due dates, and dependencies
• Partner with deliverable owners to keep status current and identify risks early
• Interface with project leaders, RA, and Quality teams to clarify ownership and escalate risks

Account Manager

• Promote and sell Radformation's software suite to radiation therapy accounts in the assigned territory utilizing cold calls, product demonstrations, site visits, and attendance of regional/national meetings
• Identify engineering/development opportunities for the software suite and effectively communicate these requests from a sales perspective to the product team
• Support the marketing team to aid in collateral generation and strategic marketing campaigns
• Develop client relationship management strategies while suggesting creative solutions to meet client needs
• Oversee opportunity organization and progression through the CRM pipeline, promoting standardized operations

Regional Account Manager

• Establish project-specific technical file deliverable lists aligning with internal SOPs, FDA QMSR, and EU MDR.
• Utilize appropriate templates for each deliverable, including but not limited to requirements, usability, risk, clinical evaluation, and verification and validation.
• Leverage existing content where applicable.
• Coordinate deliverables across teams, ensuring owners understand expectations, receive guidance, and that progress is tracked appropriately within eQMS and ALM systems.

• In this role you will lead software development for ChartCheck, one of Radformation’s core applications that helps clinics identify potential errors and improve treatment safety. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring our software is robust, scalable, and reliable. • Own all aspects of coding and software development for ChartCheck, both front end and back end
• Design, code, and maintain scalable, production-quality software in C# and JavaScript

• BS in Computer Science or related field; MS preferred
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Deep programming expertise in a high-level language (C#, C++, or Java)
