Account Manager

• Promote and sell Radformation's software suite to radiation therapy accounts in the assigned territory utilizing cold calls, product demonstrations, site visits, and attendance of regional/national meetings
• Identify engineering/development opportunities for the software suite and effectively communicate these requests from a sales perspective to the product team
• Support the marketing team to aid in collateral generation and strategic marketing campaigns
• Develop client relationship management strategies while suggesting creative solutions to meet client needs
• Oversee opportunity organization and progression through the CRM pipeline, promoting standardized operations
• Establish effective communication channels and liaising between clients and Radformation teams

Regional Account Manager

Compliance

• Establish project-specific technical file deliverable lists aligning with internal SOPs, FDA QMSR, and EU MDR.
• Utilize appropriate templates for each deliverable, including but not limited to requirements, usability, risk, clinical evaluation, and verification and validation.
• Leverage existing content where applicable.
• Coordinate deliverables across teams, ensuring owners understand expectations, receive guidance, and that progress is tracked appropriately within eQMS and ALM systems.
• Present project deliverables during inspections and internal/external audits.
• Analyze performance data and internal processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist and support JIRA–ALM integration.
• Consult with Product and Development teams to interpret regulatory intent and maintain compliance with evolving design control and technical file expectations.
• Assist with international regulatory submissions and applications.
• Perform other quality and regulatory-related duties as assigned (e.g., validation of quality and regulatory applications).

Regulatory Affairs – Design Control Specialist

Machine Learning Engineer

• Write and maintain ETL pipelines for clinical and imaging data
• Build, train, and test machine learning models to support oncology workflows
• Support FDA submissions by contributing to documentation and testing
• Participate in design reviews, risk and hazard analyses, and other formal processes
• Collaborate with the cloud team to troubleshoot deployed systems
• Work closely with the AI team to address model issues and propose improvements
• Attend daily stand-ups and related project meetings

• Why This Role Matters
• In this role you will lead software development for ChartCheck, one of Radformation’s core applications that helps clinics identify potential errors and improve treatment safety. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring our software is robust, scalable, and reliable. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Clinical teams to deliver features that directly improve cancer care delivery worldwide.
• Responsibilities Include
• Own all aspects of coding and software development for ChartCheck, both front end and back end
• Design, code, and maintain scalable, production-quality software in C# and JavaScript
• Develop features across web and cloud-based systems, spanning frontend and backend
• Ensure code quality through testing, thoughtful reviews, and clear documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for clinics
• Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve technical challenges
• Manage work independently and clearly track tasks in a traceable way (tickets, documentation, etc.)
• Share knowledge clearly and respectfully help teammates learn
• Maintain a commitment to tested, maintainable, and secure code
• Required Experience
• BS in Computer Science or related field; MS preferred
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Deep programming expertise in a high-level language (C#, C++, or Java)
• Full-stack development experience in web and cloud systems
• Database experience with MongoDB, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL
• Preferred Experience
• WPF / C#.NET
• C# .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lit (or equivalent)
• Clinical programming experience with HL7 or DICOM
• Familiarity with HIPAA and medical device regulations
• Cybersecurity and software risk management knowledge
