About the role
- Lead the Narrative: Develop and execute Rad AI’s communications strategy across external and internal audiences, ensuring every piece of content reinforces a unified story.
- Content Creation: Write and edit thought leadership, blogs, op-eds, case studies, white papers, and campaign copy with a consistent, high-quality voice.
- Product Content: Partner with Product Marketing to create solution briefs, one-pagers, FAQs, and web copy that translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
- Campaign Storytelling: Work with Growth Marketing to ensure campaigns are powered by compelling stories and tailored messaging rather than disconnected assets.
- Customer Content: Build customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies that strengthen brand trust and support the sales cycle.
- Internal Comms: Design programs that keep employees aligned and engaged, from newsletters and all-hands content to playbooks and change communications.
- Web Content Strategy: Own the content strategy for Rad AI’s website, ensuring copy is audience-focused, aligned to campaigns and product launches, and optimized for clarity and conversion.
- Content Calendar and Governance: Manage an editorial calendar that aligns content development with product launches, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Measurement: Track performance of communications programs, analyze engagement and business impact, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing communications, content, or brand storytelling roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of healthcare audiences, with radiology experience a plus.
- Proven ability to produce content quickly without sacrificing clarity or quality.
- Hands-on writer and editor who can create thought leadership, product content, campaign copy, and internal comms directly.
- Experience developing and executing content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and alignment across multiple audiences.
- Ability to translate technical and clinical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Skilled at managing editorial calendars and aligning content with product launches and campaigns.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a bias toward action and delivery.
