About the role

  • Automate deployments utilizing custom templates and modules for customer environments on AWS.
  • Architect AWS environment best practices and deployment methodologies.
  • Create automation tools and processes to improve day to day functions.
  • Educate customers on AWS and Rackspace best practices and architecture.
  • Ensure the control, integrity, and accessibility of the cloud environment for the enterprise Lead
  • Mentor and assist Rackers across the Cloud Function.
  • Quality check development of technical training for all Rackers supporting Rackspace Supported CLOUD Products.
  • Provide technical expertise underpinning communications targeting a range of stakeholders - from individual contributors to leaders across the business.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Consultants to build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
  • Requires all 3 Associate level Certificates in AWS or professional level certificate.
  • 5 to 8 Years of total IT experience
  • 5 + Years of experience on AWS Cloud & Devops tools.
