About the role
- Drive aggressive Private Cloud adoption in fast-moving industries
- Focus on rapid customer acquisition, innovative cloud solutions, and maximizing commercial velocity in competitive markets
- Lead the non-regulated business unit with strong commercial acumen
- Manage P&L responsibility and drive operational efficiency across the sales organization
- Develop and execute dynamic go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology sales or cloud business development
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive, fast-paced markets
- Strong understanding of modern application architectures, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies
- Experience with high-velocity sales models and data-driven sales operations
- Deep knowledge of Private Cloud competitive landscape and differentiation strategies
- Outstanding ability to identify and close new business opportunities quickly
- Excellent commercial acumen and deal structuring capabilities
- Strong executive presence and C-level engagement skills
- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
