About the role
- Administration and maintenance of IT systems with a focus on ERP, WMS, as well as M365, Jira/Confluence and other cloud applications
- Support for ERP and business applications (1st & 2nd level), including analysis, documentation and cooperation with vendors
- Training, support and coordination of end users and key users, as well as conducting workshops
- Customization, further development and configuration of systems according to operational requirements
- Implementation and maintenance of interfaces to internal and external third-party systems
- General IT support such as setup and maintenance of hardware and software, user administration and compliance with IT policies
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker in System Integration or Application Development) or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in IT application support or development
- Confident handling of modern IT infrastructures and an understanding of processes in an industrial environment
- Experience in ERP environments, ideally combined with process analysis and system optimization
- Strong service and user-experience orientation and enjoyment of working with end users
- Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp and productively apply new technologies
