About the role
- Support during the opening of our RABE outlet
- Active customer approach and confidently conducting and closing sales conversations
- Advising customers on selection and styling questions
- Leading, motivating and developing the team
- Responsible for staff scheduling
- Cost and sales responsibility for the outlet
- Acquiring and maintaining relationships with new and regular customers
- Implementing creative, sales-promoting merchandise presentation, preparation and upkeep
- Processing transactions on modern POS systems
- Goods receipt inspection and inventory maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail and/or several years of professional experience in a comparable position desirable
- Leadership skills and strong social competence
- Interest in fashion and current trends
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- In addition, you present yourself in a fashionable and confident manner
- You delight customers with your warm and friendly manner and enjoy working with customers
