About the role
- Support the opening of our new RABE store
- Proactively approach customers and confidently conduct and close sales conversations
- Advise customers on selection and styling questions
- Lead, motivate and develop the team
- Responsible for staff scheduling
- Cost and sales responsibility for the store
- Acquire and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Implement creative, sales-enhancing merchandise presentation, prepare and maintain stock
- Process transactions on modern POS systems
- Inspect incoming goods and maintain inventory
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail and/or several years of experience in a comparable position preferred
- Strong leadership skills and high interpersonal competence
- Interest in fashion and current trends
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Fashionable and confident appearance
- Warm, customer-focused manner and enjoyment in dealing with customers
