About the role
- Support the opening of our new RABE store
- Proactively approach customers and confidently conduct and close sales conversations
- Advise customers on selection and styling
- Lead, motivate and develop the team
- Responsible for staff scheduling
- Responsibility for store costs and revenue
- Acquire and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Implement creative, sales-promoting merchandise presentation, preparation and maintenance
- Handle checkout transactions using modern POS systems
- Inspect incoming goods and maintain inventory
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail and/or several years' experience in a comparable position preferred
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in fashion and current trends
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- Additionally, you have a fashionable and confident appearance
- You delight customers with your warm manner and enjoy interacting with them
