About the role
- Conducting order appointments including preparation and follow-up
- Active selling of the pre-order collections of our brands "RABE" and "LeComte"
- Continuous analysis of KPIs and optimization of POS partners' performance metrics, initiating appropriate measures
- Advising and supporting partners at the point of sale (POS)
- Merchandise presentation at the POS in line with the brand philosophy
- End-to-end merchandise management
- Inspection and acceptance of shop set-ups
- New customer acquisition
- Independent planning and delivery of product training sessions at the POS
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree with several years of professional experience in sales in a comparable position
- Strong passion for active selling and experience in the womenswear (women’s ready-to-wear) product segment
- High level of responsibility as well as strong organizational and communication skills
- Independent, goal-oriented working style and a high level of commitment
