About the role

  • Conducting order appointments including preparation and follow-up
  • Active selling of the pre-order collections of our brands "RABE" and "LeComte"
  • Continuous analysis of KPIs and optimization of POS partners' performance metrics, initiating appropriate measures
  • Advising and supporting partners at the point of sale (POS)
  • Merchandise presentation at the POS in line with the brand philosophy
  • End-to-end merchandise management
  • Inspection and acceptance of shop set-ups
  • New customer acquisition
  • Independent planning and delivery of product training sessions at the POS

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree with several years of professional experience in sales in a comparable position
  • Strong passion for active selling and experience in the womenswear (women’s ready-to-wear) product segment
  • High level of responsibility as well as strong organizational and communication skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style and a high level of commitment
