About the role

  • Conduct order appointments, including preparation and follow-up
  • Actively sell the pre-order collections of our brands "RABE" and "LeComte"
  • Continuously analyze key performance indicators and optimize retail partner KPIs, initiating appropriate measures
  • Advise and support partners at the point of sale (POS)
  • Merchandising and product presentation at the POS in line with the brand philosophy
  • Full responsibility for merchandise management
  • Inspect and accept store installations and shop fittings
  • Acquire new customers
  • Independently plan and deliver product training at the POS

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or degree with several years of sales experience in a comparable role
  • Strong passion for active selling and experience in the women's apparel (ready-to-wear) product segment
  • High level of responsibility as well as strong organizational and communication skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style and a high level of commitment
