About the role
- Conduct order appointments, including preparation and follow-up
- Actively sell the pre-order collections of our brands "RABE" and "LeComte"
- Continuously analyze key performance indicators and optimize retail partner KPIs, initiating appropriate measures
- Advise and support partners at the point of sale (POS)
- Merchandising and product presentation at the POS in line with the brand philosophy
- Full responsibility for merchandise management
- Inspect and accept store installations and shop fittings
- Acquire new customers
- Independently plan and deliver product training at the POS
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree with several years of sales experience in a comparable role
- Strong passion for active selling and experience in the women's apparel (ready-to-wear) product segment
- High level of responsibility as well as strong organizational and communication skills
- Independent, goal-oriented working style and a high level of commitment
