About the role
- Lead the growth and investment agenda with the local sales team;
- Lead the mapping and prospecting agenda for new customers and new convenience stores;
- Manage CAPEX for new hires and portfolio maintenance (contract renewals);
- Provide on-site support to the sales team for negotiations of new service stations, new convenience stores, and renewals with existing customers (customer visits);
- Negotiate BiG Cases (major regional accounts);
- Indirectly manage the sales team through influence, performance analysis, and results;
- Train the sales team in negotiation and contracting skills.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree);
- Experience in negotiation and client relationship management within the retail segment;
- Knowledge of financial analysis and commercial investment studies;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Willingness to reside in São Luís, MA (Maranhão);
- Availability to travel, as the role covers the entire states of Maranhão and Tocantins;
- Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) Category B and experience with safe driving.
