About the role

  • Lead the growth and investment agenda with the local sales team;
  • Lead the mapping and prospecting agenda for new customers and new convenience stores;
  • Manage CAPEX for new hires and portfolio maintenance (contract renewals);
  • Provide on-site support to the sales team for negotiations of new service stations, new convenience stores, and renewals with existing customers (customer visits);
  • Negotiate BiG Cases (major regional accounts);
  • Indirectly manage the sales team through influence, performance analysis, and results;
  • Train the sales team in negotiation and contracting skills.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree);
  • Experience in negotiation and client relationship management within the retail segment;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and commercial investment studies;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Willingness to reside in São Luís, MA (Maranhão);
  • Availability to travel, as the role covers the entire states of Maranhão and Tocantins;
  • Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) Category B and experience with safe driving.
