Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data analytics initiatives that support strategic business objectives
Translate complex business requirements into actionable analytics projects while ensuring alignment with R3’s strategy, commitments and departmental goals
Lead cross-functional teams of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects and stakeholders, managing timelines, resources, and risks across multiple concurrent projects
Spearhead large-scale data integration projects, enhance decision-making through actionable insights and significantly reduce processing times
Provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders
Manage and maintain an updated document library
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science or related field
Master’s degree, preferred
PMP or Agile certification, preferred
5 years of experience in a Project Manager or equivalent role required; preferably in analytic or data-driven environments
Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on sprint planning, JIRA management, and stakeholder communication
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
Understanding of analytics concepts, data visualization, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with SQL and data querying
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software
