About the role
- Provide oversight of Team Lead(s) a team or Representatives for one or more clients
- Be the primary point of support, training and coaching for your team’s performance
- Maintain KPI reporting, improvement programs and ACD Metrics
- Work with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech or Cerner
- Have a working knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
- Maintain a level of performance that ensures success for your client’s objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma, preferred
- 5 years leadership experience in a healthcare call center
