Build and operate services and pipelines that move data through Phare’s AI and product stack
Develop reliable systems for ingesting, transforming, and serving large-scale healthcare data
Ensure high performance, observability, and compliance
Own backend interfaces that power analytics and model workloads

Requirements

At least 5 years of engineering experience
At least 2 years directly working on production data pipelines/platforms
Experienced in architecting and building microservices and ETL pipelines in Python, Go, or Java
Experienced building and managing infrastructure with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong with Spark, Airflow, or Kafka for orchestrating and streaming data flows
Adept at implementing observability and reliability practices
Bonus: Experience with healthcare data (FHIR, HL7)
