Requirements
- Extensive experience in revenue cycle management (10+ years), with a focus on patient financial services.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team (Senior Director and above).
- Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
