About the role
- Serve as central point of contact for day-to-day administration of the Workers’ Compensation Program
- Manage claims related to the Workers’ Compensation Program
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Assist in collection and preparation of annual underwriting submissions for the Corporate Property & Casualty Insurance Program
- Obtain and track certificates of insurance (COIs)
- Conduct vendor contract reviews
- Handle accounts payable related to insurance
- Analyze loss run data, insurance costs, and deductible allocations
- Support enterprise risk and insurance management program and employee well-being across the enterprise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in insurance and risk management working in a large corporation or insurance brokerage
- Organized and analytical self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, attention to details and data analytics
- ARM or AIC designation is a plus
