About the role Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation (merit and bonus) Partner with Total Rewards and HRIT to align system design with business strategy Represent Total Rewards in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment with Performance and HRIT teams Identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements Lead planning, testing, and execution for compensation cycles (merit, bonus) Manage configuration and data governance for compensation elements (grades, ranges, job profiles) Support EIB submissions and coordinate with Global Shared Services on data validation and corrections Coach and support HR stakeholders on Workday compensation functionality and best practices Act as an escalation point for compensation-related issues during design, testing, and hypercare Consult on the develop of user guides and training materials Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or 7+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of HR systems experience, including 3+ years managing cross-functional projects Proven experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, including at least two completed merit/bonus cycles Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, and data governance Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work across time zones and in a matrixed, fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience with Workday Performance Management.
