About the role

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation (merit and bonus)
  • Partner with Total Rewards and HRIT to align system design with business strategy
  • Represent Total Rewards in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment with Performance and HRIT teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements
  • Lead planning, testing, and execution for compensation cycles (merit, bonus)
  • Manage configuration and data governance for compensation elements (grades, ranges, job profiles)
  • Support EIB submissions and coordinate with Global Shared Services on data validation and corrections
  • Coach and support HR stakeholders on Workday compensation functionality and best practices
  • Act as an escalation point for compensation-related issues during design, testing, and hypercare
  • Consult on the develop of user guides and training materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or 7+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of HR systems experience, including 3+ years managing cross-functional projects
  • Proven experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, including at least two completed merit/bonus cycles
  • Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, and data governance
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across time zones and in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience with Workday Performance Management.
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting and dashboard design
  • Workday Pro certifications (HCM Core, Compensation, Reporting, etc.)
