About the role
- Work to help patients check into the hospital
- Answer questions during registration
- Build trust by collecting information accurately and quickly
- Listen with compassion to address fears, concerns, and questions
- Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment
- Work across multiple screens collecting details between physician and nurse check-ins
- Interview patients and build rapport in real time
- Handle emergent clinical care interruptions during the registration process
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
