• Your sales territory in focus: You will independently manage your sales territory in parts of eastern Germany (the new federal states), develop it strategically and sustainably expand our market presence.
• Win and excite customers: You identify new sales partners, convince them of our brand and build long-term, trusting customer relationships.
• Develop existing customers: You actively manage your customer base, recognize potential and strategically grow existing partnerships.
• Strategy & execution: Together with sales management you develop tailored sales strategies for your region and implement them consistently.
• Consult with expertise: You know our product portfolio in detail, advise your customers competently and provide valuable feedback to product management and internal teams.
• Keep an eye on the market: You analyze market trends, monitor the competition and derive concrete measures to drive your sales success.
• Reporting & transparency: You prepare regular reports, document your activities and ensure clear insights into your sales territory.
• Events & presence: You represent R Raymon at trade shows, events and dealer meetings, ensuring a strong on-site brand presence.
