• Monthly billing of our services as well as reviewing and processing incoming invoices

Project Manager

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung des internationalen Rollouts von Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM („Sales“ und „Customer Insights Journey“) als zentrale Plattform für Mandanten-, Vertriebs- und Beziehungsmanagementprozesse
• Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse entlang der Customer Journey
• Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Etablierung standardisierter CRM-Prozesse sowie Governance-Strukturen in internationalen RÖDL-Gesellschaften
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines globalen CRM-Templates inklusive Datenmodell sowie Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten
• Mitarbeit bei Länder-Rollouts inklusive Teilnahme an Fit-to-Standard-Workshops, Dokumentation von Anforderungen, Testing und Go-Live-Vorbereitungen
• Unterstützung bei der Integration des CRM-Systems mit angrenzenden Plattformen (MDM, DMS, ERP)
• Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, IT, internationalen Landesgesellschaften und externen Implementierungspartnern
• Unterstützung bei Projektplanung, Reporting sowie Risiko- und Aufgabenmanagement

• Independently manage mandates with international scope and lead projects focused on international tax law
• Advise and support our clients with your specialist knowledge in all areas of the German Foreign Tax Act (Außensteuergesetz) and on withholding tax matters
• Strong interest in economic issues, enjoyment of collaborating with other disciplines, and enthusiasm for international projects with specialists from various countries
• Lead and develop personnel, drive results and revenue through appreciative team leadership
• Promote team growth and maintain close interdisciplinary collaboration
