About the role
- Independent advice on all areas of individual and collective labor/employment law, as well as legal structuring for restructurings and reorganizations
- Project work in cross-practice and interdisciplinary teams
- Representing and guiding our clients through labor court proceedings
- Negotiations with works councils and trade unions
- Drafting and publishing specialist articles
- Organizing and delivering client events, in-house seminars and trainings
Requirements
- Excellent legal qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in labor and employment law
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong commercial awareness
- Enjoyment in advising clients and contributing to client acquisition
- Professional demeanor and a reliable, structured working style
