About the role
- Strategic leadership and development of the Global People Systems & Analytics team
- Administration and support of our HR IT systems: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and aconso
- Management of international roll-outs and (re)implementation of global standards
- Design, implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Management of license, release and refresh cycles
- Coordination and management of external service providers
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience leading international transformation or implementation projects using SAP SuccessFactors
- Leadership experience and a respectful, inclusive approach to managing team members
- Drive to initiate new topics and embrace challenges
- Solid business acumen, e.g., in HR controlling
- Strong communicator with facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
