About the role

  • Strategic leadership and development of the Global People Systems & Analytics team
  • Administration and support of our HR IT systems: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and aconso
  • Management of international roll-outs and (re)implementation of global standards
  • Design, implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Management of license, release and refresh cycles
  • Coordination and management of external service providers

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience leading international transformation or implementation projects using SAP SuccessFactors
  • Leadership experience and a respectful, inclusive approach to managing team members
  • Drive to initiate new topics and embrace challenges
  • Solid business acumen, e.g., in HR controlling
  • Strong communicator with facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
