About the role

  • Direct reporting line to the Head of HR, with functional leadership and strategic development of the People Management team
  • End-to-end responsibility for all personnel-related topics across the employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on all employment law and HR-related matters
  • Responsibility for national sites with prospective assumption of international responsibilities
  • Management and analysis of HR projects, such as employee surveys
  • Optimization and further development of existing standards, including process management, automation and digitization
  • Content development and professional delivery of presentations

Requirements

  • University degree with a focus on law or business administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of German employment law and in-depth HR/economic expertise
  • Several years of relevant experience in HR in a leadership role
  • Trust-based leadership style at eye level and an appreciative approach to our employees
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing projects
  • Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems
  • Strong affinity for digitalization topics and motivation to advance innovative solutions (e.g., integrating AI into day-to-day operations)
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Very good written and spoken English
