About the role
- Direct reporting line to the Head of HR, with functional leadership and strategic development of the People Management team
- End-to-end responsibility for all personnel-related topics across the employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all employment law and HR-related matters
- Responsibility for national sites with prospective assumption of international responsibilities
- Management and analysis of HR projects, such as employee surveys
- Optimization and further development of existing standards, including process management, automation and digitization
- Content development and professional delivery of presentations
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on law or business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of German employment law and in-depth HR/economic expertise
- Several years of relevant experience in HR in a leadership role
- Trust-based leadership style at eye level and an appreciative approach to our employees
- Proven experience in leading and implementing projects
- Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems
- Strong affinity for digitalization topics and motivation to advance innovative solutions (e.g., integrating AI into day-to-day operations)
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Very good written and spoken English
